SECTION 1 - SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Pawvexi, we stand by the structural integrity of the Nexus Pro and the Aero Flow. We operate under a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee to ensure a frictionless experience. If your unit arrives damaged, we require photographic or video evidence submitted to our support team for verification. Please note that minor surface variations are a natural result of the architectural production process and are not considered defects.
SECTION 2 - THE NO-RETURN ADVANTAGE
To maintain our commitment to sustainability, Pawvexi does not require the physical return of hardware. Once a claim is verified, we will offer a one-time store credit or a partial refund to the original payment method at our discretion. We do not provide free replacement units.
SECTION 3 - CANCELLATION WINDOW
Due to our automated fulfillment, order cancellations or modifications must be requested within 6 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the processing phase, it cannot be intercepted or canceled.
SECTION 4 - RESOLUTION PROTOCOL
Approved refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
