This website is operated by Pawvexi. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pawvexi. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND USA-ONLY SERVICES

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. Our services and specialized hardware are intended for and shipped exclusively to customers within the United States.

SECTION 2 - THE PAWVEXI GUARANTEE

We provide a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If our hardware does not meet your functional or architectural standards, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. As outlined in our Refund Policy, physical returns are not required. We ask that you donate functioning units to a local animal shelter or dispose of defective units responsibly.

SECTION 3 - DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

In the event that a unit arrives defective or mechanically compromised, you must provide photo or video proof of the malfunction within 14 days. Verified claims will result in a 100% full refund. Please note that minor surface variations are a natural result of the architectural production process and are not considered defects.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Pawvexi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, production sync, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Once the product is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. For items marked as "Delivered," Pawvexi is no longer liable for theft or misplacement.
