Shipping policy

SECTION 1 - DOMESTIC OPERATIONS

Pawvexi currently ships exclusively to residential and business addresses within the United States. We do not ship to the following:

P.O. Boxes: Due to carrier restrictions and the high-value nature of our hardware, we require physical street addresses for all deliveries.

APO/FPO Addresses: We cannot guarantee delivery times or tracking accuracy to military installations at this time.

International Locations: To maintain our domestic quality standards, we do not ship outside of the United States.

SECTION 2 - ORDER PROCESSING & QUALITY CONTROL

All orders undergo a 1–3 business day quality verification period. Once your unit is cleared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number.

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY & THEFT PROTECTION

We provide Complimentary Fast-Tracked Shipping on all orders. Once your unit has cleared our quality verification, Estimated Delivery is typically 6–9 business days. Please note that during peak seasonal demand, some residential deliveries may arrive within 12 days. Once a package is officially marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Pawvexi is no longer liable for theft or misplacement; customers should contact the carrier for resolution on delivered items. 

SECTION 4 - ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is the customer's responsibility to verify shipping details prior to finalizing the order. Pawvexi is not responsible for misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect address entry and will not issue refunds or credits for address errors.
